We use all natural ingredients, and strive to use as many organic and locally sourced ingredients as possible. Most importantly, all of our products are made by hand, and made with love.
We grow as much as we can. We distil or infuse many of our oils, make our own tinctures and pack all of that amazing goodness into our creams … resulting in long-lasting health and well-being.

Manuka Essence produces a range of body care and healing products that are made from fresh, vital, natural ingredients. We love our weeds, they are the hidden healing secrets in every garden!
Our range is based on wild-gathered Manuka essence, which is grown and distilled in the beautiful mountains behind Golden Bay- where the air is clear and the water pure. 
Our products are made by hand, combining Manuka essence with carefully selected herbal oils to provide targeted healing working in harmony with your body. We grow many of our own ingredients using organic principles, ensuring the highest level of freshness and efficacy for our products.

I'm Debbie Pearson, founder and CEO of Manuka Essence. Manuka Essence products are my philosophy on life in action. Simple, natural, fresh....and made with love. We look to promote a vibrant future for generations to come by infusing sustainable practices into everything we do. 
I love all things of the earth, and love living in the community of amazing people here in Golden Bay, New Zealand. I'm a chemical engineer, a herbalist, and have many years of corporate leadership under my belt. However nothing quite compares to doing this! A life led simply and with spirit is awesome.
